Hi! I am Rina.

Welcome to my website!

I am a professional Newborn, Maternity, and Family photographer based in Lachen, Canton Schwyz (near Zurich). I am 33 years old, born in Belarus, and I hold an accounting degree. I spent 7 amazing years in China, and for the past 2 years, I have been living in beautiful Switzerland.

My journey into the world of photography began with my father’s camera. I fell in love with photography from both sides of the lens while working as a model and received my first camera as a gift on my 19th birthday. Years later, my journey led me to discover my love for children while working as a Kindergarten English teacher. Combining my passions, I found my path in Newborn, Kids, Maternity, and Family photography, specializing in timeless, classic, and boho-style portraits.

In my cozy home studio, I provide all essential props for each session, including professional clothing options for parents, siblings, and babies. To ensure your little one’s comfort, the studio is equipped with a heater, bottle warmer, disposable wrap pads, and wet wipes. Snacks, tea, coffee, and water are also available to make your photography experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

I welcome clients from Zurich, Zug, Lucerne, Glarus, and surrounding areas. Lachen is just a 30–60 minute drive from these cities.

My priority is to create a comfortable and stress-free environment for both you and your baby, capturing natural, heartfelt moments with no sense of rush.

When to book a Newborn session?

Wondering when’s the best time to snap those adorable newborn pics?

The first 2–3 weeks after your little miracle arrives (the first 16 days are perfect)!

Why? Because during this time, babies are usually super sleepy, extra cuddly, and still have that adorable fresh-baby look.

I suggest finding a photographer for your newborn photoshoot in advance and booking it before you give birth.

You can always adjust the date if your baby arrives a bit early or late.

Don’t leave this to the last moment—those first days with your baby can be so busy that you might miss the perfect time for a photoshoot.

But hey, life happens! If those first weeks were full of diaper changes and sleepless nights and you didn’t have time to plan the photoshoot, don’t stress!

Babies are cute 24/7, every month of their life. So, feel free to schedule a family photoshoot whenever it works best for you and your little one.

How to book a photosession?

To book a photo session, simply contact me on Instagram or WhatsApp with your expected due date or your baby’s date of birth.

We will find a suitable day for the photoshoot and discuss all the details, including your preferences for packages and outfits.

To book a date, I require a 40% advance payment. This payment is non-refundable, as the date will be reserved exclusively for you. However, in case of sickness or other emergencies, we can rearrange the shooting date.

How can we prepare for the shoot?

There’s no need for any special preparation—the key is for mom and dad to stay calm and in a good mood.

I have all the necessary props for the photoshoot, and if something doesn’t fit size-wise, I have alternatives, including wraps, so there’s no need to worry)))

All you need to do is choose the props and outfits for your baby that you like the most (I’ll send you pictures, or you can send me photos of my props that you like).Then, find color-coordinated outfits for yourself.

I’m always here to help with this and even have some dresses for moms, shirts for dads, and clothing options for siblings)

Can we choose the photos for editing ourselves?

Absolutely! After the shoot, I will make an initial selection and send you a link to an online gallery. From there, you can choose your favorite photos for editing according to your subscribed package.

When can we expect to receive the edited images?

I’ll provide you with a gallery of images (without watermarks!) within 2–3 weeks after you’ve selected your photos.

During busy times like Christmas or summer, there might be a little extra wait, but I’m always doing my best to get those sweet memories to you as soon as possible)

Can we upgrade our package if we'd like to receive more photos?

Sure! You can upgrade your package when selecting the photos for editing—just send me a message, and I’ll take care of it!

Do you provide RAW, unedited photos?

No, raw files aren’t provided, but all images included in your package are professionally edited)
